Some context before you read this.
When I started my career, someone didn’t just open a door for me.
He walked alongside me. Explained the unwritten rules. Helped me think beyond words, beyond actions, beyond objections.
None of that was obvious back then.
It changed everything.
Nearly three decades later, that experience shapes how I work—with customers and with people.
Which brings me to this post.
I’m looking for one or two strong individuals who want to build something meaningful and own business growth in the US market.
This is not a passive sales role.
This is for someone who enjoys momentum— starting conversations, opening doors, and turning opportunity into outcomes.
If you’ve sold IT / Software Services, enjoy solving real customer problems, and have the drive to not just find success but create it—this may resonate.
What you’ll actually be doing
- Creating opportunities in the US market for software services
- Speaking with decision-makers
- You own your pipeline end to end - I'll be here to help
- Selling consultatively—listening first, solving next
- Experimenting (in today's AI era) is the smart thing to do
Who tends to do well here
- You don’t get discouraged by “No”—you get curious
- You don’t need hand-holding but prefer collaboration
- You’re resourceful, persistent, and outcome-driven
- You like accountability and ownership more than titles
Experience-wise, 4–8 years in IT / Software Services sales helps.
Exposure to manufacturing, industrial software, or PLM is a bonus—but not a gate.
Why this is worth a closer look
- Your work directly shapes our US growth—no layers, no dilution
- You get real global exposure and real decision-makers
- You’ll have freedom to experiment, backed by leadership
- Results are rewarded. Wins are visible.
- No micromanagement. We operate as a team.
Most importantly—
you won’t be navigating this alone.
Your success matters here.
And if we work together, I’m invested in making sure you succeed.
If this speaks to you, don’t polish a résumé or hit an “apply” button.
Just send me a note—tell me what caught you eye and let’s talk from there.
