We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile excellence, enable high-performing teams, and ensure seamless delivery across complex, cross-functional engineering environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Foster strong collaboration and communication within cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments with a strong focus on quality and value.
- Proactively identify and remove blockers to maintain team velocity and efficiency.
- Track and communicate sprint progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve Agile and Program Management practices and scale them across teams.
- Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum methodologies, and effective collaboration—especially in embedded and hardware engineering environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 9+ years of overall experience with at least 4+ years as a Scrum Master.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM I or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and hands-on experience managing multiple Scrum teams across geographies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices, automotive, or aerospace.
- Exposure to CI/CD practices and modern software delivery pipelines.
- Strong technical background in embedded systems, electronics, or electrical engineering, with understanding of hardware-software integration.
- Strong presentation and training skills, with the ability to drive Agile adoption across teams.
