Role Description The Software Sales Trainer will be responsible for delivering structured training sessions on Tally and related software solutions to sales teams and clients in an on-site, full-time role based in Thane. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product and process training, creating and updating training materials, and demonstrating software features that support sales conversations and customer implementations. The role involves assessing training needs, organizing workshops, and providing one-on-one coaching to improve product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and user adoption. The Software Sales Trainer will collaborate closely with sales, implementation, and development teams to ensure training content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with business goals. Additional responsibilities include gathering feedback from trainees, refining instructional approaches, and maintaining documentation of training activities and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Computer Software Training and Training, with experience delivering structured sessions to sales teams or end users.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills, including presentation, facilitation, and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Software Development concepts to interpret product features and translate them into practical use cases for trainees.
- Candidates should possess Instructional Design skills to create training materials, guides, and curricula tailored to different learner levels.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, IT, education, or a related field, along with experience training on ERP or accounting software (Tally experience preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on improving user efficiency and adoption.
- Comfort working on-site in Thane, with the ability to manage classroom-style and hands-on training sessions and adapt to diverse learner needs.
