What You Will Be Doing
- AI-Enhanced Sales Execution: Apply GenAI technologies directly to support and improve the daily execution of sales operations.
- Advanced Sales Forecasting and Market Analysis: Lead sophisticated analytics initiatives leveraging AI to project long-term market trajectories and sales outcomes.
- Drive AI Adoption: Spearhead deployment of AI-powered tools that provide real-time support to sales teams during customer engagements and negotiation processes.
Software Sales Specialist Key Responsibilities
- Deliver substantial gains in sales efficiency and effectiveness by creating and deploying AI-powered sales solutions.
Basic Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in generative AI (i.e., use of multiple AI tools, capability to automate workflows and custom GPTs); experience limited to using LLMs for research, learning, brainstorming, or content generation will not meet requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B software sales

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
