Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Sales Manager at our Noida office. The Software Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of SaaS and POS solutions through client relationship management, conducting demonstrations and presentations, and developing sales strategies. Key responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Software Sales with an emphasis on SaaS and POS solutions
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, including strategy development and execution
- Proficiency in Customer Service and building strong client relationships
- Experience in Negotiation and closing business deals effectively
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems such as SAP, Dynamics, or Leadsquared is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
