Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, product, operations) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business presentations to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead in the market.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-10 years of experience in IT Software sales
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with a performance-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
