Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Sales Manager located at Jaipur Division. The Software Sales Manager will oversee sales processes, build and maintain client relationships, and identify business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include generating leads, managing negotiations, delivering product demonstrations, and guiding sales teams to achieve targets. The role also involves ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Sales and Sales processes, with the ability to achieve and exceed goals
- Strong Sales Management and Negotiation skills to lead teams and close deals effectively
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in enterprise solutions or HR technology software domains is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
