About the Role
We are looking for a Software Sales Executive who can actively generate new leads, engage potential clients, and build a strong sales pipeline for our AI and software services.
You will be responsible for researching prospects, reaching out via LinkedIn, email, and calls, and setting up qualified meetings with decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, outbound outreach, cold emails, and networking.
- Prospect Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads to build a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Client Engagement: Present QuickPrepAI’s software development and AI services to business decision-makers across industries.
- Market Expansion: Research and target startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients seeking digital transformation or product development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure proposals align with client needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in B2B sales, business development, or IT services sales (preferably software development, custom software).
- Proven Track Record: Strong background in lead generation, proposal management, and deal closures.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Tech Understanding: Ability to explain software solutions (web, mobile, enterprise, AI) to non-technical clients.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Required Skills
- Strong background in lead generation, proposal management, and deal closures.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to explain software solutions (web, mobile, enterprise, AI) to non-technical clients.
Pay range and compensation package
Salary: 2.55LPA to 3.6 LPA + Commission
