Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Sales Executive, based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Software Sales Executive will be responsible for driving software sales through lead generation, conducting effective sales presentations, and employing consultative selling techniques. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, and presenting tailored solutions to drive revenue growth. Collaboration with teams, staying updated on market trends, and reporting sales progress will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in Software Sales, including understanding software products and features
- Proficiency in Sales Presentations and delivering compelling product demonstrations
- Strong Lead Generation abilities and a track record of converting leads into clients
- Skills in Consultative Selling and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding Sales quotas and targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is an advantage
Salary:
25k monthly with 10% incentive and target will be 2.5lk to 3lk/monthly
