Position Summary :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Software Quality Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our products through comprehensive manual and automated testing. In this role, you will be responsible for writing effective test cases, designing automated test frameworks, performing regression testing, and collaborating with development teams to ensure high-quality product releases. You will be part of a fast-paced, agile environment and will contribute to improving the quality of software delivered to customers, particularly within healthcare and regulated domains.
Work Experience – Required Qualifications
• Proven 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in mobile app testing, web app testing, and risk-based testing.
• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes, including participation in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Experience in Quality Assurance activities in a regulated healthcare and/or medical devices domain is preferred.
• Preferred hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Cucumber, Selenium WebDriver, Maven, and a solid understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ALM, or similar.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to isolate and debug issues effectively.
• Preferred knowledge of version control systems, such as Git, is a plus. Educational Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance or software testing are a plus.
