🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA Engineers
✅ Own end-to-end quality assurance processes across multiple projects
✅ Plan, define & execute test strategies (Manual + UAT + Usability + Compatibility Testing)
✅ Communicate effectively with internal teams & clients
✅ Track, manage, and close bugs using tools like Jira or Bugzilla
✅ Build and manage automation frameworks
🧾 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 9+ years in Software QA (manual testing and Automation testing)
✔️ Strong experience in User Acceptance Testing and client coordination
✔️ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
✔️ Hands-on with bug tracking tools and reporting metrics
✔️ Prior experience in leading teams and delivering high-quality releases
✔️ Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium is a plus
