What You Will Be Doing
- Design and sustain AI-driven test automation frameworks capable of generating test cases, scripts, and datasets for thorough validation
- Leverage GenAI technologies to evaluate test results, detect defect patterns, and deliver actionable recommendations for ongoing enhancement
- Model user scenarios, stress conditions, and edge cases to detect potential problems before they reach end users
Software Quality Assurance Engineer Key Responsibilities
- Apply AI and automation technologies to accelerate product delivery and minimize product defects
Basic Requirements
- AI-First Mindset (if your default approach is to write code initially and then apply AI tools for verification or enhancement, rather than leading with AI, then this role is not appropriate for you)
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a QA automation capacity, including hands-on experience testing AI-based products
- Proficiency with Selenium and at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript
- Demonstrated professional experience utilizing AI tools to automate quality assurance workflows
- Working knowledge of CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- Experience managing and leading teams of QA testers

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
