Roles & Responsibilities / Technical Skills

• Perform Manual/Functional Testing for web-based applications.
• Conduct Database Testing and validate data integrity.
• Strong knowledge of SQL (including SELECT, JOIN, UPDATE, and search queries).
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test checklists.
• Execute test cases, report defects, and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
  

Domain Expertise

• Preferred : Banking, Payments, Accounting, Property Management, Website Testing, E-Commerce.
• Not preferred : Gaming, Telecom.
  
  

Mandatory Requirements

• Candidates with a gap of more than 2 years in education or employment will not be considered.
• Must have good to excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience : 2-4 years in Manual Testing / Functional Testing.
  
  

Education

• BE/B.Tech (any stream) / MCA/MCS/M.Tech or equivalent.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
