Position: Software(QA) Analyst — Merchandising Systems

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance Analyst with 4–6 years of testing experience in enterprise merchandising systems, specifically Blue Yonder PMM and SCPO, within a modern microservices environment. The analyst will work as an integral member of an Agile Scrum team, responsible for delivering high-quality releases through comprehensive functional and integration testing—both manual and automated.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, and data profiles for merchandising workflows in Blue Yonder PMM and SCPO.
- Validate integrations between merchandising systems and adjacent applications.
- Participate fully in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and data validation testing.
- Create and maintain automation scripts using Selenium and Cucumber (BDD).
- Test Java-based microservices including API validation and schema checks.
- Validate Kafka event streams for message structure and data integrity.
- Use Grafana dashboards/logs to support defect analysis.
- Log and manage defects in JIRA with full traceability.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years experience in software QA with emphasis on retail merchandising systems.
- Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder PMM and SCPO.
- Strong experience with Selenium and Cucumber automation.
- Knowledge of microservices, API testing, Kafka, and Grafana.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum teams.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
