The Anything Group LLC is a full-service digital, marketing, software development and provision, branding, website development and reputation agency, with a full in-house production and filming studio. TAG performs Emotive Engagement and Connection Marketing services across the hospitality, luxury brands and products, fashion, retail and streamed media worlds.
We’re looking for a full-time Technical Program Manager (TPM) / Engineering Program Lead to join our Software team.
This role involves owning the end-to-end delivery of our booking engine platform, coordinating engineering efforts, managing complex integrations (PMS, payments, channel managers), and ensuring we ship high-quality features on time in a fast-moving environment.
Expectations for this role:
- Own and manage the product roadmap with a strong focus on execution and delivery
- Translate business needs into clear technical scopes and actionable plans
- Lead sprint planning, prioritization, and backlog management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (CEO, Product, Engineering)
- Manage external vendors and integrations (payments, PMS, third-party providers)
- Identify risks early and proactively drive solutions
- Ensure visibility and clear communication on progress, blockers, and timelines
Personal & Professional Skills we’re looking for:
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Clear and confident communication (technical & non-technical)
- High ownership and accountability mindset
- Ability to operate under pressure and manage multiple workstreams
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable challenging priorities and setting boundaries when needed
You’ll be a top candidate if you have:
- 3–6+ years in Technical Project / Program Management
- Experience working closely with engineering teams (APIs, integrations, backend/frontend)
- Proven track record delivering complex software projects
- Experience managing third-party vendors and integrations
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Linear or similar
- Experience in hospitality tech, booking engines, or payments is a strong plus
