Job details:
Position: Software Project Manager
- Work experience: 12-15 Years total experience of which at least min 3-4 years of experience as SW Project Manager
- Experience with Autosar
- Preferred: Experience working and interacting with Indian 4-wheeler OEMs
- maintains contact with the customer / Lead location and negotiates with him,
- leads the SW project team,
- assigns the roles to persons involved in the SW project,
- writes the Software Project Plan and included attachments, e.g., the SW Project Schedule (together with the Discipline Quality Manager in the project),
- tailors the documents and activities for the project in accordance with the Discipline Quality Manager in the project,
- is responsible for the results of the project,
- defines the internal reporting process for the SW project,
- supervises the schedule,
- supervises the costs,
- takes suitable steps if there are deviations from the SW Project Plan,
- synchronizes the schedule of the projects with the schedule of the overarching project, where applicable,
- resolves problems with noncompliance items together with the Discipline Quality Manager in the project,
- ensures that a complete list of the modules and Module Responsibles is maintained.

- Good knowledge of embedded software development and automotive technologies
- Knowledge of software development tools
- Knowledge of development (all disciplines), test, integration and production processes
