Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Programming Instructor (Mentor) located in Kasaragod. The instructor will deliver engaging and interactive programming lessons, design course materials, and tailor training sessions to suit students' learning needs. Responsibilities include mentoring students, conducting assessments, and providing constructive feedback to help learners build a strong foundation in programming. The instructor will stay updated on the latest programming trends, utilize modern teaching methodologies, and collaborate with the organization to enhance the curriculum and training outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, and other languages relevant to software development.
- Experience with software development methodologies, frameworks, and tools such as Agile, Git, or IDEs.
- Strong knowledge in AI and mechine learning
- Strong knowledge of databases, data structures, and algorithms.
- Proven ability to teach and mentor students, including creating and delivering clear and engaging lessons.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to simplify technical concepts.
- Experience or certifications in educational pedagogy or training is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in programming will be an advantage
