We are hiring a Software Product Engineer (AI-Native, Full Stack) for our India team.
This is not a traditional full stack role.
We are looking for someone who can build across frontend and backend, think clearly about product outcomes, work with structure, and turn ideas into reliable, high-quality software.
What you will do
- Build and improve product features across frontend and backend systems
- Work closely with product and leadership to convert ideas and requirements into strong software outcomes
- Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Contribute to APIs, integrations, workflows, and application logic
- Use modern AI tools responsibly to improve engineering speed and quality
- Break down work into practical steps and execute with clarity
- Help improve engineering discipline, release quality, and delivery consistency
- Build software that supports real customer value and business outcomes
What we are looking for
- 2 to 4 years of relevant software development experience
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
- Good experience with React, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks
- Good experience with backend development, APIs, and integrations
- Ability to write clean, structured, and maintainable code
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-moving product environment
- Confidence using AI-assisted development tools with good judgment
- Ownership mindset and willingness to take responsibility for outcomes
- Comfort with partial overlap with North American working hours when needed
