Key Responsibilities
* IT, Networking & Server Maintenance: Manage our networking infrastructure, monitor and maintain our in-house servers, and keep all internal IT equipment/software running without a hitch.
* Server-Side Backend Development: Assist the senior team with backend projects, writing utility scripts, testing, debugging, and learning how our systems integrate.
* WordPress: Manage, update, and help develop our WordPress setup.
* Learn & Adapt: Jump into new projects and technologies as needed. We will throw new software, AI tools, and web development tasks your way—you need to research, learn, and apply them quickly.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming
- Knowledge of Databases and Software Design
- Familiarity with Testing methodologies and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- A strong foundation in computer science, engineering, or IT-related fields
- Ability to work on-site in a team-oriented professional environment
- Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
- Basic understanding of industrial automation or machinery software is a plus
