Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in India for a Software Implementer. The Software Implementer will be responsible for deploying and configuring software solutions at client sites, providing user training, and ensuring system stabilization post-implementation. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and offering technical support. Additionally, the role demands collaboration with internal teams to address client requirements and improve solution quality.
Qualifications
- Experience with Software Implementation, System Configuration, and Deployment
- Ability to provide User Training and post-implementation Technical Support
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in the use of software tools and systems relevant to the role
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Prior experience in software implementation or a related role is a plus
- Willingness to travel domestically as required for on-site project execution
