TalentMicro the globally emerging lead in HR and workfoce Business Applications is seeking proven Implementation Engineers to deliver the software to customer on cloud and on-mise at client site.
Mandatory Skills:
-Proven skills ot understand customer requirements, preared BRS/ SRS and GAP Analysis
- Assig the work to Development team, get the customization or chagnes published to UAT server
- Condudt UAT and testing process to ensure the software working as expected
- Perform any data migration activities, prepare user manuals or online help upload
- Conduct user acceptence sign-off by ensure users agree to changes or implemented process
- Manage system configuratioon and page level customization through system configuration
- Upload any dataw as data migaration process
- Move the system to production
Eligibility:
- Strong technical skills in software, database, EXCEL and other tools
- Excellent written and spoken communication skill
- Ready for extensive travel across India and abroad
- Passion to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction
- Extreemely hard working, dedicated and abailable to customer on demand and late hours to take the projects lieve or during week end that requires working flexiblity
- Able to work full time from office at KR Road, Bengaluru or customer sites
