Role Description
- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP ERP and Salesforce CRM
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Conduct UAT, system testing, and user training sessions
- Manage data migration and system integration
- Provide post-implementation support and optimization
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in SAP and/or Salesforce implementation
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FICO/MM/SD preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Certification in SAP or Salesforce is an advantage
