About the Role:

We’re looking for Software Engineers (Freshers) who are passionate about building impactful digital products and eager to grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. As part of our engineering team, you’ll help develop scalable web applications that power AI-driven healthcare experiences for patients and providers.

This is an onsite role in Hyderabad, ideal for recent graduates with strong programming fundamentals, a flair for design thinking, and hands-on experience with modern web technologies. You’ll work closely with experienced developers and product teams to bring intelligent, user-centric solutions to life.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS and NextJS
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement intuitive UI/UX
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code with a focus on performance
• Handle RESTful API calls and integrate third-party services
• Apply design thinking principles to solve user-centric problems
• Participate in code reviews, brainstorming sessions, and agile ceremonies
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
• Proficiency in ReactJS and NextJS
• Solid grasp of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with API integration and handling asynchronous calls
• Good sense of design thinking and user experience
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Add-on / Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to AI / ML concepts or projects
• Interest or experience in Generative AI (Gen-AI)
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and GraphQL
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS for rapid UI development
• Understanding of cloud platforms or DevOps tools

 

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
• Recent graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply
