Role OverviewWe are hiring a GenAI-focused Engineering Team Lead to drive backend systems and lead a high-performing team. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear growth path toward Engineering Manager.
Important NoteThis is NOT a Data Scientist role.
We are specifically looking for a Python Backend Engineer with strong system design expertise.
Core Requirements- Experience:5+ years in software engineering
- 2+ years as a Technical Lead / Team Lead
- Technical Skills:Strong Python backend development (production-grade)
- Hands-on with:
- Kubernetes
- Docker
- FastAPI
- Solid understanding of distributed systems
- GenAI / LLM Exposure:Built or shipped applications using LLMs
- Understands real-world limitations and trade-offs
- System Design:Ability to design scalable architectures
- Strong decision-making on trade-offs
- Cloud & DevOps:Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
- CI/CD pipeline setup and optimization
Leadership Expectations- Led a team for 2+ years
- Experience in designing & architecting systems
- Drives technical direction and delivery
