Job Title: Technical Project Manager (TPM)
Role Summary -
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can drive delivery end-to-end by combining strong project management discipline with solid technical design understanding.
This role requires the ability to lead cross-functional teams, ask the right technical questions, guide solution and architecture discussions, and enforce strong engineering and automation practices—without being a hands-on coder.
Key Responsibilities Delivery & Project Management Own end-to-end project delivery across scope, timelines, cost, and quality.
Define project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies. Drive execution rigor through Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure predictable delivery through clear planning, tracking, and proactive risk management.
Technical Leadership (Design-Level) Act as the technical anchor for the project at a solution and architecture level.
Review and guide system design, architecture decisions, and technical approaches. Ask the right technical questions to uncover risks, dependencies, performance concerns, and trade-offs early.
Ensure designs are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with long-term platform goals. Translate business requirements into technically sound and executable solutions.
Engineering Best Practices & Automation Drive adherence to engineering best practices including code quality standards, design reviews, documentation, and version control.
Promote an automation-first mindset across the delivery lifecycle (CI/CD, test automation, environment provisioning, monitoring).
Ensure non-functional requirements such as performance, security, reliability, and observability are built into designs early.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation and process improvements.
Work closely with DevOps and QA teams to ensure robust release and deployment practices.
Team Leadership & Guidance Lead and influence both Project Managers and technical team members.
Provide clarity, prioritization, and technical guidance without micromanaging execution.
Enable teams to make informed engineering decisions while maintaining delivery accountability.
Foster a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous improvement. Stakeholder & Governance Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Provide regular status updates, risk reports, and delivery metrics.
Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, and engineering standards.
Required Skills & Experience - 8+ years of experience managing complex technical projects or programs. Strong understanding of system architecture, application design, APIs, cloud platforms, and SDLC. Proven ability to guide technical design discussions without writing code. Strong grounding in engineering best practices and automation-driven delivery. Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams in multi-vendor or multi-team environments.
