About the Role
SOS Infotech & Telecom is building a next-generation Intelligent TraQic Management
System (ITMS) and Advanced TraQic Management System (ATMS) platform incorporating
AI, Video Analytics, Enforcement, Command & Control, TraQic Intelligence, and Smart
Mobility solutions.
We are looking for a highly experienced Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering who
can lead the complete product lifecycle—from architecture and team building to
development, deployment, and scaling of a state-wide intelligent traQic platform.
The candidate will be responsible for establishing the software engineering practice,
mentoring teams, defining technology strategy, and building a scalable product capable
of supporting thousands of cameras, radars, IoT devices, and enforcement systems.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Technology Leadership
• Define the overall software architecture and technology roadmap.
• Lead the design and development of a modern ITMS/ATMS platform.
• Build and manage the software engineering team.
• Drive product innovation using AI, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision.
• Establish coding standards, development processes, and release management.
• Ensure platform scalability, security, reliability, and performance.
Team Building & Management
• Assess existing development resources and identify skill gaps.
• Build and mentor a high-performance engineering team.
• Conduct technical interviews and recommend hiring plans.

Educational Qualification
• B.Tech / BE in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or equivalent.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Relevant certifications in Cloud, AI, DevOps, or Architecture will be an
advantage.
