Role Description
This is a full-time Software Engineering Manager position. You'll lead a team of engineers, guiding them through the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions, including projects that integrate AI capabilities into the platform. Your responsibilities include mentoring team members, planning and driving project deliverables, and designing systems that are built to scale. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to keep efforts aligned and moving forward, particularly as the organization builds out AI-powered features across its workforce agility platform. You'll also help shape the team's culture and technical direction.
Qualifications
- Strong technical background in software development and software design
- Experience managing teams of at least 10 members
- Track record of delivering complex projects on time
- Basic understanding of AI systems, including RAG and multi-agent architectures
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound technical judgment
- Clear communicator who works well across teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
