We are partnering with a global technology company building innovative, large-scale products for the aviation industry. The organization is known for delivering mission-critical, high-performance systems powered by cloud-native architectures and modern engineering practices, supporting aviation ecosystems across the globe.
Role: Manager – Engineering (Software)
Location: Pune, Hinjewadi Phase 1
Years of Experince: 12- 18 years
Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days preferred
Who are we looking for?
- 12+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in C++ and solid exposure to AWS cloud platforms
- Proven experience in building and operating scalable, distributed systems and microservices architectures
- Strong understanding of AWS services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, VPC, and RDS, with a focus on reliability and scalability
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and production monitoring
- Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams, drive execution, manage production systems, Performance management of the team, conflict management, system designing and architecture
- Python experience is a plus
What will you do?
- Lead and manage engineering teams in the design, development, and delivery of high-performance software systems
- Architect and oversee cloud-native solutions on AWS, ensuring scalability, availability, and security
- Drive microservices architecture and API-based integrations, ensuring efficient system design and performance
- Mentor teams, define execution strategies, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business and operational goals
