Job details:
At Logikality, we do not build software the traditional way.
AI is not a feature layer in our product. It is how we build. Our engineers work alongside AI agents to design, build, test, and ship production SaaS software at a pace that traditional teams struggle to match. We are building an AI-powered platform for the U.S. mortgage industry, and we are looking for interns who want to work where software development is headed, not where it has been.
Why this internship is different
This is not a shadowing internship.
You will work in a live production codebase, ship real features, solve real problems, and learn how modern AI-native engineering teams operate. From early on, you will be expected to think clearly, move fast, and take ownership of outcomes.
If you want a comfortable internship, this is not it.
If you want steep learning, real responsibility, and a serious edge for your career, this may be exactly the right place.
What you will work on
You will get hands-on exposure to a modern AI-native product stack across areas such as:
Languages and frameworks
Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, Next.js, React, Node.js
AI and machine learning
LLM integration, prompt engineering, AI agent design, multi-stage AI pipelines, RAG, vector databases, structured outputs, tool-use patterns
Cloud and infrastructure
AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, CI/CD, infrastructure fundamentals
Data and backend
PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, migrations, REST APIs, multi-tenant SaaS patterns, workflow orchestration
Frontend
React, Next.js, TypeScript, streaming UI, state management, Tailwind CSS
Engineering practices
Git, code reviews, testing, observability, and AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, and Cursor
What you will actually do
You will:
- Build and ship features end-to-end, from backend to frontend
- Work on AI prompts, agent flows, and document-processing pipelines
- Write tests, debug issues, and improve production systems
- Learn to use AI as a serious engineering partner, not just as autocomplete
- Take ownership of outcomes, not just assigned tasks
Who should apply
This role is ideal for people with 0 to 1 year of experience, including fresh graduates, self-taught builders, career changers, and early engineers who have already started building. We care far more about evidence of curiosity, speed, and execution than academic labels.
You should apply if:
- You have built something real, even if small
- You are genuinely curious about AI and have used tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to build
- You have solid fundamentals in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, or React
- You learn fast and are comfortable figuring things out
- You care about quality, clarity, and good engineering habits
- You communicate well and ask good questions when stuck
What you will gain
This internship is designed to give you a real advantage early in your career.
You will leave with:
- Production experience on a modern AI-native stack
- Stronger ability to build with AI as an engineering partner
- Exposure to cloud-native and multi-tenant SaaS systems
- A portfolio of real shipped work, not just academic projects
