Key Responsibilities
Business & Solution Development
- Understand business requirements and align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Design, develop, and implement innovative ServiceNow solutions following enterprise architecture guidelines.
- Deliver high-quality solutions with minimal defects, rework, and process improvements.
- Follow coding standards, development best practices, and organizational processes.
Development & Engineering
- Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications.
- Build and integrate APIs with internal and external applications.
- Develop scripts using JavaScript and PowerShell.
- Follow secure coding practices and maintain clean, reusable code.
- Perform unit testing to validate developed functionalities.
Production Support & Change Management
- Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and implementation discussions.
- Support production deployments and change implementations.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and resolve application issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Perform Unit Testing for developed features.
- Support Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Contribute towards test automation scenarios to improve product quality.
- Ensure applications meet functional and technical requirements before deployment.
Agile Collaboration
- Work closely with:

- Break down features into user stories.
- Participate in estimation, planning, and sprint execution.
