Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for Software Engineers, Technology Managers / Solution Architects, and Support Engineers based in Chennai. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing software solutions, providing technical support, analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to research and development initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and deliver innovative solutions will be a key part of the role.

🔧 Key Responsibilities for Software Engineer:

◾ Develop and maintain machine interface modules for laboratory analyzers

◾ Work with communication protocols such as RS232, ASTM, HL7, and TCP/IP

◾ Build middleware for bi-directional communication with lab devices

◾ Troubleshoot communication issues between analyzers and LIS

◾ Implement data validation, logging, and analyzer configuration mapping

◾ Support new analyzer integrations and testing

💻 Required Skills for Software Engineer:

◾ Strong experience in C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core

◾ Knowledge of Serial Communication (RS232), TCP/IP sockets, ASTM, HL7

◾ Experience with SQL Server

◾ Understanding of medical laboratory workflows

◾ Experience with multi-threading and real-time data processing

◾ Familiarity with Git version control

🔹 Key Responsibilities for Technology Managers / Solution Architects:

◾ Design scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures

◾ Lead full-stack development using Angular, ASP.NET Core, C#, and Python

◾ Manage databases such as MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and reporting tools like SSRS

◾ Implement DevOps pipelines using Git, Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes

◾ Mentor developers and promote best coding practices

◾ Collaborate with Product, QA, and Infrastructure teams

◾ Drive innovation with AI, IoT, and advanced analytics

◾ Evaluate and integrate modern tools and technologies

🔹 Core Technical Skills for Technology Managers / Solution Architects:

✔ Angular (8+)

✔ ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API

✔ Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, SSRS

✔ Python scripting & automation

✔ DevOps: Git, TFS, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes

✔ Architecture: Microservices, Event-driven systems

✔ Security & Compliance: OWASP, HIPAA, GDPR
