Role Description
We are looking for a Software Engineer Team Lead for a full-time, on-site position based in Bangalore Urban. In this role, you will oversee a team of engineers, manage project timelines, and guide the development of high-quality software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure adherence to coding standards, and spearhead innovative solutions to complex challenges. The position also involves mentoring team members, monitoring progress toward deliverables, and ensuring products meet performance, quality, and security standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Development, Object-Oriented Programming, and Agile methodologies
- Expertise in Backend Development using languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js
- Experience in Frontend Development with knowledge of frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Leadership skills to mentor and manage teams, with a focus on fostering collaboration and accountability
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a focus on scalable, maintainable code
- Strong understanding of software security and performance optimization
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
