Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using Snowflake, Python, and AWS.
- Implement modern application architectures including microservices and event-driven systems.
- Build and optimize data pipelines and data processing workflows.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration and deployment.
- Work with Docker and ECS for containerized application deployment and orchestration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Monitor applications using CloudWatch and other observability tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in Snowflake including SnowSQL and data warehousing concepts.
- Proficiency in Python with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and requests.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, and CloudFormation.
- Experience in designing scalable applications using microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GoCD.
- Experience in containerization using Docker and orchestration using AWS ECS.
- Strong understanding of SQL for data querying and transformation.
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Ability to design, deploy, and maintain large-scale software solutions.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
