Roles and Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into scalable and well-architected Salesforce solutions.
- Architect, design, and develop advanced custom applications on the Salesforce platform.
- Develop and maintain custom solutions, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems and Salesforce modules.
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce implementations while ensuring system stability and scalability.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues, provide enhancements, and ensure smooth system operations.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and appropriate design patterns.
- Mentor and guide junior developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement of Salesforce applications and processes.
Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development and customization.
- Proficiency in Apex programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce-based enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using APIs and third-party applications.
- Understanding of Salesforce security models, workflows, validation rules, and automation tools.
- Experience with testing, debugging, deployment, and release management processes.
- Ability to review code, optimize application performance, and maintain development standards.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
