What You'll Do At Pega
Design, develop, test, and maintain platform services and engineering tools that improve scalability, reliability, and developer productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
Develop automation for deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement sustainable solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on performance, security, and operational excellence.

What You've Accomplished
- Bachelor of Engineering/M Tech/ MCA with good academic record
- 2-4 years of software development experience
- Good at Java/Kotlin programming
- Ability to diagnose and have debugging skills
- Good understanding of Software development methodologies and quality processes
- Exposure to Devops and test automation
- Exposure to Kubernetes, open telemetry and cloud technologies will be added advantage.
