We’re hiring a hands-on Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in Observability & Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to support platform reliability, monitoring, and modernization initiatives at scale.

🔷 What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain scalable backend & platform components
Implement observability solutions across distributed systems
Configure APM, dashboards, alerts (metrics, logs, tracing)
Deploy, manage, and monitor workloads in Kubernetes environments
Integrate observability into CI/CD pipelines
Automate monitoring workflows using Python
Enable engineering teams with best practices in Datadog & observability

🔷 Must-Have Skills
🛠️ Core Engineering
4+ years in Python / Java / Node.js
Strong experience building production-grade backend systems
Hands-on with API integrations & system design
📊 Observability & SRE
Experience with Datadog (preferred) or Prometheus + Grafana
Strong understanding of APM, alerting, dashboards, tracing
Monitoring microservices / distributed systems
☁️ Cloud & Infrastructure
Hands-on with AWS
Strong experience with Kubernetes (deployment + operations + monitoring)
Experience integrating observability into CI/CD pipelines

Experience building or owning internal observability platforms
Datadog agent setup & configuration
Exposure to Go (Golang)
Experience with New Relic / Dynatrace / Elastic / Splunk
