Position: Software Craftsperson – Node.js / TypeScript / React
Experience: 6–10 Years

Role Overview:
Looking for a skilled full-stack engineer with a strong product mindset, focused on building scalable SaaS applications with high code quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow a test-first approach (TDD) to ensure reliable and maintainable code
- Write clean, structured, and efficient code with clear logic
- Deliver features through frequent, incremental releases
- Participate in pair programming and peer code reviews
- Collaborate closely with product teams to build and enhance features
- Take ownership of full-stack development including frontend, backend, and DevOps processes
- Continuously learn and improve technical skills
Technical Requirements:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js and SaaS-based applications (must-have)
- Working knowledge of React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Strong foundation in OOP, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with Agile/XP practices and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Bamboo
- Familiarity with databases, server environments, and version control systems
