ABOUT THE ROLE :
This is a hands-on individual contributor role where you'll work across both existing and greenfield projects in the .NET ecosystem. You'll build desktop applications, ship robust Web APIs, and integrate with external systems — all while being a trusted technical resource for the broader team.
You'll partner closely with business analysts to resolve escalated issues, which means your communication skills matter as much as your code. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, moves with intent, and can figure things out — whether that's navigating an unfamiliar codebase or adopting a new library from documentation alone.
REQUIRED TECH STACK :
C# / .NET Framework, ASP.NET Web API, IIS, SQL, Selenium, WebView2, Browser Automation, REST APIs / HTTP Client, GitHub, Python, AWS Lambda, AWS SQS / S3, Snowflake, WinForms, Windows Service, Windows Console Application
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Build and maintain existing desktop applications on the .NET Framework, and create new ones from scratch
- Design and ship ASP.NET Web APIs — clean, well-structured, production-ready
- Integrate with external REST APIs using HTTP Client — both consuming and publishing data
- Implement browser automation workflows using Selenium, WebView2, or equivalent technologies
- Manage source code through GitHub — branching strategy, pull requests, and code reviews
- Deploy and maintain applications on IIS, work with SQL databases for data access and management
- Provide technical support for issues escalated by business analysts — translating business problems into engineering solutions
- Independently ramp up on new libraries, components, and tools using documentation and source exploration
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 4+ years of professional experience working in the .NET ecosystem (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework)
- Solid understanding of Web API design, REST principles, and HTTP Client-based integrations
- Hands-on experience with IIS for application hosting and SQL for data management
- Working knowledge of Selenium, WebView2, or other browser automation technologies
- Comfortable with GitHub-based source control workflows in a team environment
- Ability to read and understand an existing codebase independently — through exploration and asking the right questions
- Self-directed learner who can pick up any unfamiliar library or component from documentation alone
- Clear communicator who can work alongside non-technical stakeholders without losing technical depth
