Roles and Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure CRM and Dynamic CRM solutions, including entity setup, security roles, workflows, and business rules.
- Develop and maintain Power Apps solutions to support CRM-driven business processes.
- Support solution enhancements and troubleshooting for Dynamic CRM, ensuring stable operations and timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into CRM and Power platform configurations.
- Use Azure capabilities where applicable to support deployment, integration, and environment management.
Skills Required:
- 6 - 9 years of relevant experience in CRM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Power Platform
- CRM and Dynamic CRM configuration and implementation experience
- Power Apps development and solution building for business workflows
- Strong understanding of CRM customization concepts (security, workflows, and business process configuration)
- Experience supporting CRM solution delivery, testing, and go-live readiness
Good to Have:
- Azure experience
- Power platform experience beyond Power Apps
Education: B.E. in Computer Science and Technology / Computer Science Engineering / Computer Technology
