We're a small but mighty team building cool stuff in the AI data space — and we're looking for a Mobile App Developer who can work across both iOS and Android to help us grow our core data collection platform. If you love clean code, smooth UX, and want your work to actually matter — keep reading.
🚀 What You'll Be Building
Our app is used by real people, in real locations, doing real tasks — all captured as egocentric video data that powers AI systems. You'll be working on features like:
- Task selection & guided video recording flows
- Secure video upload to cloud storage (AWS S3) with metadata handling
- A quality review pipeline where users can track their submission stages, approvals & feedback
- Device compatibility checks to ensure only supported phone models can record
- Location verification to ensure users are within the project scope
- Secure authentication via verified or alias email signup
- Strict in-app video security — no exports, no leaks
🛠️ What We're Looking For
- Solid experience with Swift / SwiftUI (iOS) and Kotlin / Jetpack Compose (Android)
- Experience with cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native is a big plus
- Familiarity with REST APIs and cloud storage (S3 or similar)
- Understanding of video recording APIs — AVFoundation (iOS) / Camera2 / CameraX (Android)
- Bonus: experience with location services, device verification, or data privacy
