Role Description This full-time remote Software Engineer (Microsoft Technology) role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions using Microsoft technologies such as .NET, C#, and related frameworks. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing back-end services and APIs, integrating databases, writing clean and efficient code, and troubleshooting technical issues across development and production environments. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, participates in code reviews, and contributes to architecture and design discussions. The role also involves optimizing performance, ensuring security and reliability, and staying current with advancements in Microsoft and cloud ecosystems to continuously improve TechBaton’s AI-enabled products and platforms.
Qualifications
- Total experience 3-5 Years.
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Experience in Back-End Web Development using Microsoft technologies (e.g., .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, RESTful APIs, SQL Server).
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with hands-on experience across the software development lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and ability to design modular, maintainable code architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment, with clear communication and documentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience or interest in AI, machine learning, or data-driven applications is a plus.
