We are building a strong technology team to develop the next generation of Front Office tools focused on PnL and Risk. This team will be responsible for developing and maintaining in-house PnL and attribution systems across Fixed Income, Commodities, Credit, Equities, and FX businesses.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with quants, portfolio managers, risk managers, and technology teams across New York, London, Tel Aviv, and Miami.
- Develop Front Office tools for the Fixed Income business.
- Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of next-generation PnL and risk systems.
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with interest and/or exposure to quantitative finance
- Prior experience working in Front Office Engineering or Quant teams
- At least a BSc in Computer Science or a related field such as Financial Engineering
- Substantial experience with modern C++ or Java
- Experience using Git / GitHub
- Experience with multithreading, client-server architecture, and distributed computing
- Experience working in a Linux environment
- Good understanding of design patterns, algorithms, and data structures
- Experience with SQL database development
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to demonstrate strong ownership and thoroughness in work
- Experience working in a production environment
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with financial mathematics and statistics
- Strong Java experience
- Exposure to AI tools and agents
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS preferred)
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
- Experience with caching technologies such as Redis
- Experience with messaging systems/libraries such as Kafka or Solace
