1. About SixLadders
SixLadders is an AI-powered EdTech company working at the intersection of academia and industry. We partner with universities, industry leaders, and enterprises to build future-ready academic programs, curriculum, and technology-driven learning experiences.
We're looking for a Tech Intern with a strong technical background who is eager to learn and take ownership of the technical side of our existing suite of AI products. You'll work closely with the Product & Academic Programs team on live products with real users.
2. What You'll Do
• Handle and maintain our existing suite of AI products
• Build, update, and debug features using Next.js and React
• Manage and handle databases in MongoDB
• Resolve technical issues and bugs across products
• Integrate APIs and support new technical features
• Coordinate with product and academic teams to turn requirements into technical solutions
• Document code, workflows, and technical processes
• Work on ad-hoc technical assignments based on business priorities
3. What We're Looking For
• Undergraduate or graduating students with a technical background (Computer Science, IT, or related fields)
• Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and database handling
• Working knowledge of Node.js and REST APIs
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership
4. Bonus Points If You Have
• Experience working with AI/LLM APIs or AI-based products
• Familiarity with Git, deployment, and cloud platforms
• A GitHub portfolio or personal projects
• Interest in Product Development, AI, or EdTech
