About Sapiensu
Sapiensu is an AI-native risk intelligence platform for PE/VC firms, M&A law firms, and corporate development teams. We surface risk before it becomes news, automating due diligence and continuous portfolio monitoring at a depth and speed today's tools don't reach.
We're hiring Engineering Interns to work directly with the founders on building the platform. The real product, with real users.
We're looking for someone early-career, ambitious, and genuinely curious about hard problems.
What you'll do:
• Build features across the stack: frontend, backend, data pipelines, AI integrations
• Work on entity graphs, risk scoring, monitoring infrastructure, and the surfaces users actually use
• Translate complex risk workflows into fast, clean interfaces
• Iterate based on real feedback from PE/VC operators and design partners
Who you are:
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in CS, IT, or a related field
• Comfortable with React and TypeScript; working knowledge of at least one of Python, Rust, or Go; willingness to pick up the others on the job
• Some exposure to backend, data, or AI/LLM APIs is a strong plus
• A real problem solver. You debug systems, not just symptoms
• Quick learner, comfortable with ambiguity, and curious about new industries
Role Details:
• Job type: Full-time internship
• Location: Bengaluru, India (in-office/hybrid) (remote work can be considered for exceptional candidates)
• Duration: 3 months with potential for extension or conversion to a full-time role
• Start date: Immediate
• Compensation: Stipend, with a path to equity as the role grows
