The Role

We are hiring builders who want to operate at a high bar.

You will work on core systems that power AI agents across sourcing, outreach, interviews, and automation.

You will not shadow.

What You Will Do

Build production features used by real users

Design and ship full stack systems end to end

Work on AI driven workflows and automation engines

Improve speed, reliability, and scale of the platform

Collaborate directly with founders on product decisions

What We Expect

Strong problem solving ability

Clear understanding of data structures and core computer science fundamentals

Ability to build projects independently and take ownership

High speed execution with attention to detail

Comfort working in ambiguity and figuring things out

Tech Environment

React and TypeScript

Node, Java or Python and backend systems

Electron based desktop workflows

AI systems using LLMs, speech, and automation
