Hiring: Software Engineering Intern (Full-Stack)
Location: Remote (Anywhere in the world)
Hours: Part-time or Full-time
Start Date: March 2026
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Software Engineering Intern to join our development team.
You will work on a modern, web-based engineering platform used for visualising and analysing large 3D datasets and inspection information.
This is a hands-on role. You will write real production code, collaborate with experienced engineers, and see your work shipped to users.
Your primary focus will be on the frontend (React + TypeScript), while also contributing to backend integrations and data handling. The platform interfaces with machine learning systems, and you will help integrate and trigger ML workflows via platform APIs.
What You’ll Work On:
During the internship, you may:
- Build UI components and pages using React and TypeScript
- Integrate frontend features with Node.js backend APIs
- Trigger and monitor ML workflows through platform APIs
- Improve performance and usability of existing interfaces
Essential Skills:
You should have a working knowledge (coursework or personal projects are acceptable) of:
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- React
- Basic HTML & CSS
- Basic Node.js
- Asynchronous programming (Promises / async–await)
- Git (commit, branch, pull request workflows)
Desirable (Nice to Have):
- Three.js
- react-three-fiber
- Data visualisation or canvas rendering
- REST API design
- SQL or database fundamentals
- Tailwind CSS or component libraries
- Experience deploying web applications
Professional experience is not required. Personal projects, coursework, and GitHub repositories are highly encouraged.
