Dcluttr is an AI-Copilot for growth. We are challenging a brand’s most trusted decision-making tool the gut feeling.
About This Role
We are not looking for a traditional developer.
We’re looking for someone who builds software with AI as their co-pilot.
If tools like Cursor, Claude, or other AI coding assistants are already part of your daily workflow, you’ll feel right at home here.
If you’re still writing every line of code manually… this role might not be for you.
We believe the future developer is AI-native and someone who can move 10x faster by combining strong fundamentals with AI tools.
What You’ll Do
- Build backend services and tools using Java and Python
- Use AI development tools like Cursor, Claude, and other AI assistants daily
- Rapidly prototype features and internal tools
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Collaborate with engineers to ship features quickly
- Experiment with AI-driven development workflows
- Use AI for:
- debugging
- code generation
- documentation
- refactoring
- testing
What We’re Looking For
You might be a great fit if:
- You code in Java or Python
- You already use Cursor, Claude, or similar AI coding tools
- You know how to prompt AI effectively to solve problems
- You enjoy building things fast
- You have side projects, GitHub repos, or experiments
- You are curious, self-driven, and love learning new tools
Bonus points if you:
- Have built projects using AI APIs or LLMs
- Use AI to automate repetitive work
- Have contributed to open-source projects
