🚀 Software Engineer Intern (Frontend & Backend)
📍 On-site – Dehradun (Premnagar)

We are looking for curious builders who want to learn how real software products are designed, built, and scaled.
Our goal is simple: build a team of engineers who can design and ship world-class software systems.
You’ll spend most of your time reading code, breaking things, fixing them, and improving how systems work.
Expect to:
- read unfamiliar code
- debug real production issues
- ship meaningful improvements within your first few weeks
You will work alongside engineers building production software used by real businesses.
📌 Location Requirement
This is a full-time on-site role in Dehradun.
Applicants must:
• Already be based in Dehradun
• Or be willing to relocate
📈 Internship Structure
This program is designed to identify and grow high-potential engineers.
Phase 1 – Learning & Contribution (First 3 Months)
• Unpaid internship
• Work on real product modules
• Learn backend architecture, software design, and production workflows
3-Month Performance Review
Top performers move to a paid stipend position.
Phase 2 – Product Development (Next 3 Months)
• Increased engineering responsibility
• Work directly on product features and releases
6-Month Review
High performers receive full-time Software Engineer offers.
🛠 What You’ll Work On
• Backend development and system architecture
• Designing and implementing APIs
• Understanding database schemas and application design
• Debugging and improving production code
• Collaborating on real product systems
Interns here do not shadow engineers — they contribute to real systems.
You’ll likely learn more in a few months here than most traditional internships, but it requires focus, curiosity, and discipline.
