Role Description
This is a full-time internship role based in Pune for a Generative AI / Python Development Intern.
The intern will work on building, testing, and improving AI-powered features for the Colrows platform using Python and modern Generative AI tools. The role involves experimenting with LLMs, prompts, agents, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and APIs to support real product development.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Develop and improve Generative AI features using Python and modern AI tools.
- Work with LLMs, prompt engineering, agents, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Integrate AI models and tools with backend systems and APIs.
- Build prototypes, test AI workflows, debug issues, and evaluate output quality.
- Document experiments, learnings, workflows, and technical improvements.
- Collaborate with the engineering team on AI-first product development.
Qualifications
Required skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Python.
- Basic understanding of Generative AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, and APIs.
- Interest in AI-powered application development.
- Good problem-solving ability and willingness to experiment.
- Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
- Curiosity to learn new AI tools, frameworks, and technologies quickly.
Preferred qualifications:
- Candidates pursuing or recently completed Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MCA, BCA, Data Science, AI/ML, or related technical fields.
- Candidates who have built AI/ML, chatbot, automation, RAG, agent-based, or Python-based projects.
- Basic understanding of backend development, databases, and API integration.
- Self-driven candidates who are comfortable working in a startup environment.
