Responsibilities
- Build and ship features using AI tools as a force multiplier - we expect AI-assisted output, not just AI-aware code
- Work across the stack on real problems: agent orchestration, test reporting, developer tooling
- Debug and improve systems where AI agents interact with live web applications
- Contribute to code reviews with high engineering standards
Qualifications
- You actively use AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot, etc.) in your workflow - not occasionally, but as a default
- Hungry to learn fast and comfortable with ambiguity
- Solid fundamentals in data structures and algorithms
- Strong problem-solving instincts
- Proficient in at least one language; bonus if you've built anything with LLMs or agents
